Master Bathroom Renovation-Vision Board

It’s time to start planning the master bathroom renovation! Yay! We are currently getting some estimates from several renovation companies. Not exactly a simple process. There is a lot to  consider when you are going to take on a major renovation. And I thought making decisions for the boys bathroom was hard!

Let’s take a peak at what our bathroom currently looks like.

The old vanity and the old counter top were pretty dated. Very almond coloured. The vanity counter top actually had a little pink in it too. To make it a little more bearable I painted the vanity and the counter top white. You can check out how here. It’s been about 6 months and the counter top is still holding up very well!

It’s still going to be 6 – 9 months before the master bathroom renovation is complete so I plan to paint the floor tiles too. Sounds crazy, but it is going to be great! Sign up to get Kay’s Place notifications so that you don’t miss out on how it turns out!

Now to check out what I envision for our master bathroom. I want it to be white and clean and fresh! Spa like I guess. White vanity, free-standing tub and a large walk in shower. Beautiful marble floor tiles with in floor heating…. Kevin’s only real demand.

So that is my vision for our bathroom. Whether it turns out how I envision it has yet to be seen. We are very anxious and excited to get started but we also want to pick the right renovation company to help us do it. So many decisions and we haven’t even started!
